Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the type of their contribution.

Early Bird tickets can be purchased until 30 May, after which the regular ticket price applies.
By registering to the event, authors confirm that they will present their contribution.
Regular tickets can be purchased until 31 July, after which the late registration ticket price applies.
The event platform will be opened, allowing participants e.g. to mark their favorite presentations or view the uploaded posters.
The event takes place from 24 - 29 August 2025 in Frankfurt (Germany) & Online.
Participants of the event can rewatch all presentations on demand till 14 September 2025.
