All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the Abstract Management System before 09 March 2025 at 23.59 (CET time).
Abstracts submitted by email or post mail will not be accepted.
Abstracts' language must be English.
Please state who will be the contact person and who will be the presenting author in the system. This person will receive all the notifications.
IMPORTANT: Authors can submit and appear as co-authors in several abstracts, but PRESENT ONLY TWO.
Presenting authors whose abstract has been accepted must register for the Conference. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the Conference Programme.
Authors of regular abstracts are requested to indicate their preference for talk or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee will decide the final presentation mode.
Abstract title:
Give your title maximal capitalization (capitalize the first word and all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs), but do not use all capital letters. Centre the title as shown in the abstract template. The title must not exceed 150 characters (or 15 words).
Abstract format:
Authors are requested to submit their abstract in MS Word format.
Please use the template available on the website, which details the guidelines.
Please make sure you check your abstract carefully before sending it. No changes are allowed after the submission deadline.
References:
Unpublished results are not recommended in the reference list but may be mentioned in the text. Personal communications are not allowed in the reference list but may be mentioned in the text, where the name and brief address of the person must also be supplied. The citation of a reference as "in press" implies that the item has been accepted for publication.
Web references:
As a minimum, the full URL should be given. Any further information, if known (DOI, author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.), is appreciated. Web references can be listed separately (e.g., after the reference list) under a different heading or included in the reference list.
Author names and affiliations: Please indicate this clearly where the family name may be ambiguous (e.g., a double name). Institution, department, and location are requested from all authors.
The authors' affiliation should include the addresses (where the work was done).
Contact person: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication (and post-publication).
Contact Information: Ensure the information provided is correct and make sure contact details (phone number and email) are correct for the contact person / presenting author.
The Programme Committee will evaluate the abstracts submitted. Once an abstract is accepted, the Committee will decide the type of presentation to be assigned.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information you may need at infojems2025.eu
Please note that online participation is limited to attendance only. There will be no online talks or poster presentations.
