How inclusive is your science?
In an increasingly global and diverse research environment, fostering equality and inclusion is not just a social responsibility—it’s a driver of scientific excellence. This interactive workshop, “Equality and Diversity in Science”, invites participants to explore the value of inclusive research cultures and gain practical strategies to support diversity in their own scientific contexts.

 
What to expect
This 1.5-hour live training session will raise awareness of unconscious biases in academia, highlight the benefits of inclusive research environments, and provide hands-on tools to promote equality in science. While the session takes place in a plenary (auditorium) setting, interactive participation is actively encouraged through the use of digital tools.
