18:45 – 19:30 – Presentations and Panel Discussion

Held in an auditorium room, this section will feature four to five concise presentations of about 3 minutes each. Representatives from companies will share the stage together, highlighting the value of research in industry, giving examples on how the company fosters research, and sharing examples and benefits of successful collaborations with the academia. After the round of presentations, the session will be open to a general Q&A during which active participation from the audience is encouraged. 

19:30 – 20:30 – Networking and Exhibition

The session will continue in the exhibition area along with the job fair, where participants will have the opportunity to build and strengthen their network in a more informal environment. Exhibitors interested in having dedicated spotlight moments for company presentation and sales pitch or advertising open positions are welcomed to contact us. All JEMS 2025 participants are invited to celebrate the last evening of the conference with a selection of beverages and snacks.
